On November 17th the Securities and Exchange Commission hosted the 35th Annual Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation. Recently, the SEC made a free recording from the event available on their website.

Interesting topics included an update on “How Capital Formation Options Are Working for Small Businesses After the Implementation of the JOBS Act” and breakout groups on “Exempt Securities Offerings“, “Smaller Reporting Companies“, and “Secondary Marketplace for Securities of Small Businesses“.
