Last week, Acquis Capital shared their “2016 OTC Markets’ Graduate Review“. The review highlights the 35 issuers that uplisted from the OTC Markets to the NASDAQ or New York Stock Exchange in 2016. 

According to Acquis, “2016 saw the lowest number of OTC graduates in over 5 years. The number of graduates in 2016 was down about 40% from 2015.”

Key insights include;

1. 90% of 2016’s OTC uplists moving to the NASDAQ

2. 50% of OTC upists coming from the OTCQB

3. The number of OTC uplists in 2016 decreased 40% from 2015
