Many in the microcap space have probably heard “war stories” of the SEC S-1 process or directly experienced it first hand.

While completing an S-1 can be a ‘nerve-wracking’ process for a microcap company, Vintage points out that “The comments you receive back are meant to guide and sculpt your communications” and, ultimately, help you succeed. 

In a recent blog post, Vintage analyzes the most popular comment letter topics and suggest that by studying past comments (specifically of related companies) you can be better prepared to successfully complete the SEC S-1 process.
