What does Atacama Resources International do?
Daniel Finch (COO – OTCQB: ACRL): “The company owns two subsidiary companies, one in the tech area and one in mining. Good2Drive, Inc, the first subsidiary, owns and manages a smartphone app covering driver safety called Good2Drive. This pioneering smartphone app will save lives and offer parents, employers and law enforcement a new way to test for a drivers ability to drive safely. The second subsidiary, Atacama Resources International Ltd, (Canada) owns mining claims on over 4400 acres focusing on gold, silver, graphite, copper diamonds and iron ore.”
What is the next big goal ACRL is trying to accomplish/what should we keep an eye out for?
Daniel Finch: “The company will roll out Good2Drive in April. The phase 2 product, out later in 2017, will include the ability to prevent the vehicle from starting under certain conditions. Variations on the Good2Drive app will include entering into the caregiver and senior citizen markets.
The company intends to further explore our mining properties by way of geophysical analysis, diamond drilling and assay processes to confirm the location of and extent of proven reserves.“
Why did you join the OTCQB/go public?
Daniel Finch: “We joined OTCQB to raise our credibility and increase our presence in the capital markets.”

Daniel Finch: “We will be looking for capital raise activities in the near future and we want to have the microcap community take an interest in our company.“
