First Quarter 2017 OTC Graduates
This week, Acquis Capital shared their “First Quarter 2017 OTC Graduate Report“.
The report listed 15 companies that uplisted from the OTC to the NASDAQ or NYSE. The majority of companies left the OTCQB for the NASDAQ.
As “a private investment fund that specializes in acquisition and project finance” Acquis Capital takes a more detailed look at the M&A activity of the uplisting companies.
According to Acquis Capital, the following companies uplisted from the OTC to a senior exchange in the first quarter:
