Reg A+ Company ADOMANI to Ring the Nasdaq Closing Bell Tomorrow
Tomorrow, ADOMANI, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADOM), the first company to IPO on Nasdaq under Regulation A+, will ring The Nasdaq Stock Market Closing Bell.
ADOMANI completed its Reg A+ NASDAQ IPO on Thursday June 15. That same week Myomo Inc. (NYSE Mkt: MYO) became the first issuer to complete a Reg A+ ‘IPO’ a national exchange, listing on the NYSE Mkt on June 12.
Myomo rang the opening bell at the NYSE on June 12 and was invited back to ring the closing bell on June 16. Tomorrow will be the first time ADOMANI (or any Reg A+ listed issuer) has been invited to ring the NASDAQ bell.
