Eight OTC Issuers Uplisted to Senior Exchanges in July

Eight issuers uplisted from the OTC Markets to the NASDAQ, NYSE American, and NYSE in July. Learn more about these OTC ‘graduates’ below.

 

 

MYnd Analytics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYND)

On July 14, 2017, MYnd Analytics uplisted from the OTCQB to the NASDAQ Capital Market. MYnd Analytics, Inc. is a predictive analytics company that has developed a decision support tool to help physicians reduce trial and error treatment in mental health and provide more personalized care to patients.

Prior to uplisting the company completed an underwritten public offering of common stock and warrants for a total offering size of $8,793,750. Maxim Group LLC and Aegis Capital Corp. acted as joint book-running managers, and R.F. Lafferty & Co., Inc. acted as co-manager for the offering.

 

 

Coda Octopus Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CODA)

On July 25, 2017, BIO-Key International uplisted from the OTCQB to the NASDAQ Capital Market. BIO-key is revolutionizing authentication with biometric solutions that enable convenient and secure access to information and secure high-stakes transactions.

Tyme Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: TYME)

On July 31, 2017, Tyme Technologies uplisted from the OTCQB to the NASDAQ Capital Market. Tyme Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing cancer therapeutics that are intended to be broadly effective across tumor types and have low toxicity profiles.

 

 

Sierra Metals, Inc. (NYSE Mkt: SMTS)

On July 11, 2017, Sierra Metals uplisted from the OTC to the NYSE American. Sierra Metals is a Canadian based polymetallic mining company with production from its Yauricocha mine in Yauyos Province, Peru (the “Yauricocha Mine”), the Bolivar mine in Chihuahua, Mexico (the “Bolivar Mine”) and the Cusihuiriachic property in Chihuahua, Mexico (the “Cusi Mine”).

On July 17, 2017, Auryn Resources uplisted from the OTCQX to the NYSE American. Auryn Resources is a technically driven junior mining exploration company focused on delivering shareholder value through project acquisition and development.

 

 

Caledonia Mining Corp PLC (NYSE Mkt: CMCL)

On July 27, 2017, Caledonia Mining uplisted from the OTCQX to the NYSE American. Following the implementation of indigenisation in Zimbabwe in September 2012, Caledonia’s primary asset is a 49% interest in an operating gold mine in Zimbabwe (“Blanket Mine”).

 

 

BBX Capital Corporation (NYSE: BBX)

On July 13, 2017, BBX Capital uplisted from the OTCQX to the NYSE. BBX Capital Corporation, is a diversified holding company whose principal activities are its ownership of Bluegreen Corporation and, through its Real Estate and Middle Market Divisions, the acquisition, ownership and management of joint ventures and investments in real estate and real estate development projects and middle market operating businesses, including the operating businesses within BBX Sweet Holdings.
