OTC Markets Group and Issuer Direct Announce Strategic Alliance
Yesterday, OTC Markets Group Inc. and Issuer Direct Corporation announced that they will collaborate through a strategic alliance to offer a premier suite of news, compliance, investor relations, and communications services.
It is expected that a new repository of cost-effective solutions resulting from this strategic alliance will be made available beginning in 2018 to OTCQX and OTCQB issuers through the OTCIQ user platform.
As part of the alliance, companies trading on OTCQX and OTCQB premium markets will be able to choose from an array of investor relations, disclosure, and communications solutions to meet their specific needs. The bundled packages of software and services can be purchased separately or combined for additional savings.
