Reg A+ May Soon Allow Companies to Raise Up to $75 Million

Today, the House Financial Services Committee will consider over 20 bills including the “Regulation A+ Improvement Act of 2017” or HR 4263.

The Regulation A+ Improvement Act of 2017 calls for increasing the maximum amount issuers can raise under Reg A+ from $50 million to $75 million.

If the short, two page, bill is signed into law, it is expected that more small businesses will use Reg A+ as a method to go public and raise capital.
