Reg A+ Offerings Have Raised Over $600 Million to Date

Last week, at the annual SEC Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation, Sebastian Abero, the head of the SEC’s Office of Small Business Policy shared that since inception there have been 69 completed Reg A+ offerings raising a total of $611 million.

The update was shared by David Feldman Esq. on his blog. Feldman pointed out that seven of those 69 companies completed offerings that immediately commenced trading on national securities exchanges.

Feldman also shared that investment banker Mark Elenowitz also spoke at the event and pushed to increase the maximum that can be offered in Reg A+ deals to $75 million.

Nasdaq Vice President AnneMarie Tierney talked about the challenges of best efforts underwritings in Reg A+ deals.
