On November 2, 2017, NAOV uplisted from the OTCQB to the NASDAQ Capital Market. NanoVibronix, Inc. is a medical device company headquartered in Elmsford, NY with research and development in Nesher, Israel, that is focused on developing medical devices utilizing its proprietary and patented low intensity surface acoustic wave technology.
In connection with its uplist, NAOV closed a $6 million underwritten public offering of 1,224,488 shares of its common stock and warrants at a price of $4.90 per share of common stock. Dawson James Securities, Inc., served as the sole bookrunner for the offering.
Ameri Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMRH)

On November 20, 2017, LOOP uplisted form the OTCQX to the NASDAQ Global Market.
