What does Leafbuyer do?
Mark Breen (COO – OTCQB: LBUY): “Leafbuyer is a consumer based platform that connects consumers with companies and retail stores that provide cannabis products. Leafbuyer reaches more than 8 million cannabis users nationwide and has customers in seven legal markets. Leafbuyer provides simple search technology to help cannabis consumers find what they are looking for similar to Hotels.com or Priceline.com. We provide menu, deals, strain information, jobs, news and more.”
What is the next big goal LBUY is trying to accomplish/what should we keep an eye out for?
Mark Breen: “We are currently developing a suite of products that will allow consumers to use Leafbuyer.com as a one stop shop. Each product that we launch in 2018 will have a revenue component attached. As a Technology Company we want to provide up to date information as well as insight into consumer behavior, so our clients can make better marketing decisions.”
Why did you join the OTCQB/go public?
Mark Breen: “A major reason Leafbuyer joined the OTCQB was the ability to raise capital. The cannabis industry landscape is very fragmented. The ability for us to use our capital in addition to our stock gives us an advantage over private companies. This allows us to build out new technology or look at strategic opportunities to acquire companies that can add tremendous value to our platform.”

Mark Breen: “Expanding our shareholder base is always a plus for many reasons. Whether they are a shareholder or they use the platform, telling our story only helps the success of the company. As a technology platform, we are always open to feedback on how we can do things better and as a new company in an exploding industry we never want to assume anything”
