How would you best describe The MicroCap Conference?
Tony Yu: “The MicroCap Conference, Toronto is an outstanding opportunity for Canadian micro-cap companies to gain exposure to relevant, high quality investors in an intimate setting. The one-day event includes company presentations to investors, 1×1 meetings between companies and interested investors, 2 cocktail receptions, and enticing speakers and panels.”

Any panels or keynotes planned?
Tony Yu: “Yes, stay tuned! Once released, these will appear on our website.”
What is the event’s history?
Tony Yu: “The Toronto conference will be the 8th in our history. We have 2 NYC conferences and 1 Toronto conference per year. We established the conference as a response to the dire need for high quality investor conferences in the micro-cap space, in both the US and Canada. It has been our objective to provide a high value conference for micro-cap companies and investors alike, and we do this by limiting service providers, as well as taking a detailed and data-driven approach to scheduling 1×1 meetings between companies and investors. We are growing exponentially, and are excited to host over 50 companies and 400 investors at the Toronto conference.”
How many attendees do you expect at this event?
Tony Yu: “We are expecting over 50 companies and 400 investors, with roughly 500 people in attendance. The conference will be relatively intimate.”
Who should attend and why?
Tony Yu: “Canadian micro-cap companies across all industries who are looking for an exciting platform to connect and share their story with relevant and interested US and Canadian investors should attend, as well as institutional and retail investors genuinely interested in the most enticing micro-cap companies.”
What size and type of MicroCap public companies should attend? How do they qualify/present?
Tony Yu: “We welcome companies under $1B USD market cap from all industries, including but not limited to healthcare, cannabis, technology, consumer goods, and energy.”
How do potential attendees register?
Is there a deadline to register?
Tony Yu: “There is not a deadline, but earlier registration provides more optimal outreach and exposure.”
How much does it cost to attend?
Tony Yu: “The cost for the standard package for companies is $5000CAD. The event is free for qualified investors.”
Anything else potential attendees should know?
Tony Yu: “The conference provides outstanding investor exposure in an exciting atmosphere. We would love to answer any questions you may have- feel free to reach out, and we hope to see you there!”
