SmallCap Russell 2000 Hits Record Highs
This week, the SmallCap Russell 2000 Index his an all time high.
According to a recent Investopedia post by Justin Kuepper, “Small-cap stocks in the Russell 2000 have outperformed the S&P 500, Dow Jones Industrial Average and technology stocks in the NASDAQ Composite over the past three months. While many larger companies have been struggling to cope with a potential trade war, small caps conduct most of their business in the United States and aren’t affected by these risks. At the same time, these companies are well positioned to benefit from the lower corporate tax rate.”
