In the post, the author shared four tips for hosting a successful virtual microcap investor event:
1. Communicate your event early: It’s important that potential participants know when the event will be held as early as possible.
2. Schedule a dry run: Always schedule a dry run at least 24 hours before the event with all participating speakers. It’s also important to check your audio to make sure investors can clearly hear you.
3. Prep your CEO: Make sure your CEO knows what yo have told investor recently so the message remains consistent.
4. After the event: Post the recorded version as soon as possible in your archived earnings call section on your IR website.
