When and where is the Forum held?
Mary Ruggiero: “This forum is being held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 767 Third Avenue, NY, NY 10017 from 4:30 – 7:30 pm. This event is on the seventh floor which features a glass enclosure, leading guests to a large outdoor terrace.”
How would you best describe Proactive’s CEO Investors’ Forum?
Mary Ruggiero: “Proactive’s CEO Investors’ Forum brings together several small-cap companies from a range of sectors, with the aim of giving investors a better understanding of how those firms work and why they should consider investing in them. Starting at 4:30 pm, hear several presentations from CEOs about their business to explore investment opportunities plus an audience Q&A. At 6:30 pm join the extended networking time which includes an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, music and a chance for one-to-one meetings with the presenters. The forum concludes at 7:30 pm.”

Mary Ruggiero: “Proactive is hosting this forum. Some of the presenting companies confirmed to present include the following:

• Scott McLean, President and Chief Executive Officer, Transition Metals”
What is the event’s history?
Mary Ruggiero: “Proactive Investors has been running successful investor events, conferences and forums in London, Manchester, Toronto, Melbourne, and Sydney for nearly ten years. Eight months ago, we opened our New York office and held our first event in the city. That event proved popular and was standing room only during the presentations. The attendees comprised of genuine institutional and retail investors with an interest in learning about investment opportunities. They met with CEOs from a wide range of companies. Since then we host about one event every month.”
How many attendees do you expect at this event?
Mary Ruggiero: “At any one point, we expect there to be between 60 and 80 investors in the room, including many from the top 20 investment banks, as well as some of the largest fund managers and high net worth individuals.”

Mary Ruggiero: “This event is intended for genuine institutional and retail investors who are considering putting their money to work in a dynamic range of sectors. This is your chance to meet the CEOs of companies you are invested in or may be considering investing in, network with like-minded investors, and perhaps be part of a spectacular growth story. ”
