Next Week’s LD Micro Schedule Is Live

Next week (December 4-6), LD Micro will host their 11th Annual Main Event at the Luxe Sunset in Bel-Air, CA.

With over 50 sponsors, 250 company presentations and a bunch of great panels, the LD Micro Main Event is shaping up to be great.

There will be five flights of presentations during the three days of company presentations. Presenters include OTC, Nasdaq, NYSE, TSX, CSE, and private issuers with market caps ranging from less than $10 million to billions.

Panels to look forward to include:

1. Who Is Killing Micro-cap? – Moderated by Lance Kimmel of SEC Law Firm

2. Keynote-Fireside Chat: The State of MicroCap – Keynote from Tom Sporkin Partner, Buckley Sandler (Former SEC Head of Enforcement)

3. Alternative Financing: Reg A+ 2.0 – Moderated by Nimish Patel, Partner-MSK Law

4. High Times Party – Take Two (off-site) – High Times threw a wonderful party last year, but many attendees had fled the fires and were unable to attend. The company is generously giving it another go and, according to the LD website, Snoop Dogg might be in attendance (not joking).

Last year the LD Micro Main Event was cancelled due to wildfires in the area. Fingers crossed all around that that wont happen again this year!
