OTC Markets To Host Discussion On How Government Regulatory Updates and Rulemaking Proposals Could Impact SmallCaps
On February 26th, the CfPA and OTC Markets Group will conduct a moderated discussion on regulatory updates and rulemaking efforts being proposed in Washington D.C. and how they could impact small public companies.
Dan Zinn, General Counsel of OTC Markets Group and CfPA Legislative & Regulatory Affairs division member, will moderate the discussion on the initiatives and proposals under consideration by legislators and lawmakers. Dan leads OTCM’s regulatory and policy making efforts and is a frequent speaker on issues that affect capital formation and the over-the-counter equity markets.
A panel of experts will include Vincent Molinari, AltFin pioneer and CEO of Templum Markets, a broker-dealer and trading system, and a member of the CfPA board of directors and Robin Sosnow, a NY-based practicing securities lawyer and Senior Counsel to FundAmerica, and committee member at the CfPA.
