What does Yield Growth Corp. do?
Penny Green: “Yield Growth is a next-generation cannabis company, developing and distributing a wide variety of luxury cannabis products—including beauty and wellness products and beverages all containing ingredients from the cannabis sativa plant, including hemp oils or compounds like terpenes, and cannabinoids such as CBD and THC.”
What is the next big goal Yield Growth is trying to accomplish and what should we keep an eye out for?
Penny Green: “Yield Growth aims to grow its North American retail distribution for our various product lines to 1,000+ retail outlets. We are continually evaluating licensing and distribution opportunities that will allow us to access major US markets in states that have already legalized cannabis, including California and Nevada. We recently expanded into the Asian market, with products retailing at pop-up kiosks in various locations throughout Hong Kong, including luxury malls and also through China’s most popular messaging app, WeChat. We hope to further expand into still new markets including Europe as regulations around cannabis and cannabis products continue to relax.
We also endeavour to grow our existing brand portfolio, which currently has 3 unique cannabis wellness brands (Urban Juve, Mad Wallaby and Wright & Well), adding several additional brands within a year.”

Penny Green: “Access to capital is an important driver for the success of any startup company. My experience as a securities lawyer, having taken more than 100 companies public throughout my career has given me tremendous experience in raising capital in the public markets. While the company is based in Vancouver, Canada, many of our valued shareholders are American and there has been overwhelming interest from US investors and consumers in our company and our products. Listing in the US on the OTCQB allows our US investors better access to participate in the growth of our company.”
