OTC Markets Workshop: Increasing Liquidity & Accessing US Investors
Cross trading onto the OTC Market could provide NEX Exchange quoted companies a cost-efficient and compliant method of increasing visibility and liquidity by accessing US institutional and private investors.
As a qualifying exchange NEX Exchange issuers leverage UK reporting standards and therefore would forego SEC reporting requirements for cross trading onto the OTC Market – this bypasses burdensome, costly and duplicative US exchange requirements. Additionally, NEX Exchange companies could benefit from engaging a greater network of data distributors and media partners, ensuring US investors have access to the same high-quality information that is provided in the UK market.
